Henry caused a stir following his introduction as a substitute, as he was booked for going head-to-head with Marin Pongracic before being spoken to by the match officials again as the pair continued to argue off the ball.

At the end of the game D’Aversa made a beeline for Henry, as he faced up to Pongracic once more, and was caught on camera forcing his head towards the Verona striker. Henry briefly went to ground, before bouncing back up and having to be restrained by a number of team-mates and coaching staff.
