Spurs' victory marks a significant moment for the club, ending a long trophy drought and securing Champions League football. However, their inconsistent Premier League form this season, coupled with United's own struggles, has led to questions about whether prioritising European success came at the expense of domestic performance. Stelling and Agbonlahor question whether concentrating on the Europa League was the right decision for Postecoglou, considering the amount of league games lost this season.
WHAT STELLING AND AGBONLAHOR SAID
Speaking on talkSPORT, Stelling said: "For the neutral, let's be honest, it was shocking. Shocking. Terrible standard of football. Unfortunately, doesn't matter to Spurs fans. I get that. You won. Congratulations. It's brilliant. Deserved it, I thought, on the night as well. But you know it means so much for the fans. It just wasn't a great footballing exhibition.
"You know, you can't just prioritise Europe and sacrifice your Premier League position. You know, if it wasn't that there were three rotten teams this season in that division, Spurs would have been going down. They finished fourth bottom. They lost 21 games."
Agbonlahor added: "It's great that he's [Postecoglou] had that self-belief and he's emphasised the fact that this is a trophy that they were going for, but you can't be losing 21 Premier League games out of 37 as it is so far."

United and manager Ruben Amorim face significant pressure to address their tactical shortcomings and bounce back from the defeat, with questions mounting about the manager's decisions and the players' performances.
